The creators of Aquaman cut almost all the scenes with the participation of Amber Heard

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard officially divorced back in 2017, but the legal proceedings between the ex-spouses are still not over. For several weeks now, the process in the case of Depp v Heard has been going on. The court is trying to find out if the actress really slandered the Pirates of the Caribbean star in 2018 or if domestic violence took place. Every day, new shocking facts appear that do not speak in favor of Amber at all. And Internet users actively support Johnny.

A couple of days ago, fans created an online petition demanding that Amber Heard be fired from the Aquaman sequel, in which the actress plays one of the main roles. The message is addressed to Jeanne Larson, Senior Vice President of Advertising and Communications at Warner Bros. “In his lawsuit, Johnny Depp describes the many cases of domestic violence that he was subjected to by his ex-wife Amber Heard. After the divorce, she tried to destroy Depp’s career by repeating numerous false accusations while insulting the actor. Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment must not ignore the suffering of Heard’s victims and must not support the abuser,” the text of the letter reads. So far, the petition has garnered 2.3 million signatures.

Whether the creators of the tape got acquainted with the appeal of the fans or not is unknown. But according to the Daily Mail, viewers won’t get to see many scenes with Heard: she only has ten minutes of screen time in total.

Recall that “Aquaman” is a film directed by James Wan about superheroes. Amber Heard plays the Queen of Atlantis, Arthur Curry’s love interest. The continuation of the picture should be released on March 17, 2023.
