Thailand Tops Countries List with Highest Motorbike Usage

Motorbikes are a practical kind of transportation for navigating congested roads, especially during rush hours. They can take you somewhere quickly. Some people’s only accessible form of transportation is a motorcycle.

Motorbikes are primarily used in underdeveloped countries due to their relatively low cost, whilst in affluent countries, they are primarily luxury items that are primarily used for leisure and as a sign of personal identity.

58% of the world’s motorcycles are found in Asia Pacific and other parts of Asia, such as Southern and Eastern Asia. These are the nations where motorcycle use is most prevalent worldwide.

Thailand’s reputation as “the nation of 100 million scooters” is not surprising.
